About Us
Who is Jolie Rose?
Rose L. Soifils is a lady with an American dream. She came to America at an early age and completed her high school years at Manhattan Comprehensive High School. After graduating from high school, she attended KCC for Early Childhood Education in 1996. In 1998, Rose decided to go to the Hair Design Institute in order to become a hairstylist; after graduation, she followed her passion as a professional hairdresser by working at the Distinction Beauty Salon until 2003 when she opened the Golden Hands Beauty Palace salon.
In 2010, Rose opened another salon named “Roseau Beauty Palace”.
Always passionate, she attended several seminars and competitions on the job in ATL, Las Vegas, Miami, Guadeloupe etc.,
His work ended up rewarded by the Magazine
Black Passion Magazine for volume 27 Expression hair magazines produced by Wayne.

Naturalist in love with the organic! She ended up giving birth to her line of handmade hair care products. These products are 100% Bio-Organic without added water, very beneficial for adults and children.

JR Events & Beauty Inc. is a hair care company specializing in 100% organic products and the beauty industry. We as well an Event Planner/ Decorator.
The founder of JR Events & Beauty, Rose Laure Soifils, launched in 2017 as an easy routine to give to loved ones who had hair problems. Each of these people often testified that the products were effective.
Since then, we did not stay there, we decided to do some in-depth studies on the hair and the problems it encountered. After research in Guadeloupe, Las Vegas and Atlanta, our first range of 100% organic products was launched and also started our own salon.
Because of COVID-19 which has led us to new distribution channels for our products such as online sales or by mail order catalogs with international coverage.
